Our Story

After moving back to India from Dubai, UAE, our founder, Mohammed Rehan envisioned a well informed and science backed approach to physical transformation and strength building for all Indians. Along with Co-founder Chandni Khan, they built the foundations that have inspired and transformed over 1000+ people globally. Watching regular gym goers, both male and female making detrimental mistakes despite of their trainers presence was the major driving force that led to the creation of this unique personal training company, where people are offered the chance to experience an international standard of personal coaching whilst learning the foundation and principles behind exercise and nutrition science so they can learn to be independent and help multiple others with mistakes that could harm them.

Why Choose Us:

We are India’s first all inclusive fitness facility. Our science backed techniques make our clients look like pros at the gym, be it with weighted or body weight exercises. A share of our profits goes towards social fitness initiatives to benefit the backward societies of India which include our unique fitness program launched for the special needs population since 2021, this is the first of it’s kind in India. We also conduct programs to raise awareness at an orphanage in Bangalore.

The 90 Day weight-loss program is focused on setting you up with all the essential elements required to ensure you drop weight without a doubt. Our easy to perform exercises and in house nutrition recipes will make it a smooth transformation for you.
The Fat Shred program

The Shred it program is a fat loss program focused on helping you drop as much body fat as possible within 90 - 180 days based on your goals. Daily accountability checks with food proportions and complex training methods are combined here to get you shredded.

Muscle Bulk
The bulk up program helps hard gainers gear up with the right number of compound exercises, rep ranges and sets required to ensure you pack on good size and strength. Accountability checks with your meal proportion and frequency will help elevate your results. Program duration: 180 days
